TGIF!

Definitely gotta thank God for another day. And to make it more exciting, it's Friday! Unfortunately, tomorrow I have work :( I usually don't work on the weekends, but the other receptionist won't be able to come in. So Dr. Trinh asked me on Monday if I could come in for a few hours and being the "can't say no" Tess that I am, I said yes! But of course, this is before I found out that my parents want the whole fam to go to Cache Creek tonight for my dad's birthday! 

I was pretty bummed the fact that the one day I didn't mind working an extra shift, my family planned to go gambling the night before, which means staying there 'til about 2 in the morning. Mind you...Cache Creek is about 2 1/2 hours away from here so were planning on leaving at 6:30, won't get there 'til about 9 and then were gonna be there 'til about 1, then get home around 3! Ahhhhhh. At least I start at 10:30 tomorrow so that's a plus. Also, it's for my dad so it's all good.

Even though I'm scheduled to work tomorrow, that's not even the least of worries. I'm just excited to be my family, hitting up the buffet, grabbing some drinks and hopefully (crossing my fingers) winning some cash $$$! I'll try to post up some pictures too while I'm there!
