Yesterday was really just "one of those days..." at work. I went in late because I was so tired from the night before and I thought an extra hour was what I needed. Boy, was I wrong! When I got to the office we were pretty slow. There weren't any patients either, so I had a chance to read a bit and scan more paperwork. As soon as 1'o clock came around we got pretty busy. Too busy actually. Patients overlapping appointments, so I didn't even get to take my lunch on time. Finally around 2 I left for my break. And of course when I was leaving to go grab some lunch, it's pouring cats and dogs outside! ugh. I come back and as soon as I do, BAM it's patient after patient. It was an exhausting day that was crazy-busy, yet felt like it was going by slow? Does that even make sense? Well luckily 2 of our last appointments didn't show which was good because I got to go home on time. I was just ready to get the hell outta there. Busy days like that, I can usually take..I don't mind it being busy because it makes my day go by faster, but for some reason..yesterday was just blah.
But on a more positive note, yesterday was my eldest sister's birthday! We had dinner and cake at her house so it was nice just being able to relax with the fambam and enjoy some good food after a
exhausting day at work. Had some great laughs as usual and took more pictures.
