Trip to the city. 2/5/11

So last Saturday was a JJMS day which we spent in the city. It's been awhile since we've been there, not including the times we would go crabbing. But I can honestly say on behalf of the 4 of us, we all had a great time. The weather was gorgeous that day! I think it was even in the 70's! There were tons of people (as usual) but mostly because of the Giants Fan Fest that was also going on the same day.

We took bart there (which was me and Jay's first time) and it definitely saved us all on gas and trying to find parking in Union Square. The crowds were crazy, but we've managed to make it to all the stores that we wanted to go in. Right when we got there, we had lunch at a Thai restaurant called, Bangkok, which is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants me and Jay have ever ate at. Thanks Jerry and Steph!

After we ate, we did a lot of walking. And I mean a lot. Went into a bunch of stores like Forever21, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Bloomingdales, etc..We even walked around the park where there were so many people just hanging out, which looked soooo relaxing. We even went around the Metreon and saw the waterfall! Went into a few of the small stores and then came right back around to Union Square.

As tiring it might have been, it was such a perfect day to spend in the city with good company. Always good times with the JJMS crew, no doubt. Here's our couple pictures we took in front of one of the many famous "SF Hearts".

Once again, it is Saturday and for some reason..I'm feeling really good about today. Maybe because it's Saturday and I love when everyone's home also maybe because it's gorgeous outside and I can't wait to step foot in the sun and also because were going to SF again today for some fun in the sun! It's actually gonna be a JJMS day so I'm pretty stoked about it. It's been awhile since all of us hung out so it's gonna be fun catching up.

Plans are to take bart out to the city and then have lunch at this Thai restaurant that Jerry & Steph said was really good. And since we gonna be in Union Square, were gonna walk around, shop and just chill. Probably stop by China Town to see the celebrations going on. The Giants Fan Fest is also gonna be going on too, so maybe we'll hit that up if were up to walking all the way to AT&T Park, lol.

China Town: 1/29/11

Yesterday morning me and Jay tagged along with my mom to the city since she said she wanted to go to China Town. Usually when she goes, she buys a few things or meets with her jewelry friends, but this time she was on the hunt for her good luck elephants and rabbit statues. Yeah, my moms' a little superstitious so whatever brings luck to her and our family will definitely be bought! Haha.

So as we were walking from store to store, me and Jay had a little fun taking some random pictures.
