The day started off like any other day. It was Monday, so me and Jay were both dreading it to go to work. The day was really busy until my last half hour of work. So as I'm sitting at my desk reading and patients in our waiting room..I hear someone come through our door and with it being almost time for us to close, I get irritated not even wanting to look up at who came in. I then see a hand place a vase full of flowers on my desk! I look up and it's Jay! He comes in holding this and then tells me 'Happy Valentine's Day!' I was so shocked and I felt myself turning so red, but I just couldn't believe it. Haha. Jay is a sweet guy, but with things like this..he doesn't do very often. SO, it was definitely a shocker but soooo darn suuuuu-weeet!
As soon as I got home, I couldn't stop thanking him. We then got ready to head to dinner with his family. We ate at Roux Louisiana Kitchen, which was very good. Can't go wrong with good 'ol southern cooking! A night definitely full of laughs, good food and great company!
