Burger Night: 1/29/11

Yesterday after we came from SF, my mom, me and Jay ended up dropping by Walmart. My mom bought a griddle pan since she's been wanting one for awhile. We were craving burgers and hot dogs anyway, so we tested out the griddle when we decided to make dinner.

I swear, it's so convenient and the clean up is so easy. Plus, I feel like things cook so much more faster and are much more healthier since whatever you're frying isn't sitting in the oil, unlike this griddle..it drains all the oil while you cook! Definitely a great investment!

Here's my homemade bacon burger with my special sauce, tater tots and chips!
