Yesterday, me and Jay had such a good time with B and our old friend Angelo, that I haven't seen since middle school. 8th grade to be exact. Last time Jay saw him was senior year which was back in 2005. It was just really nice catching up over good food and drinks.
We first started our night at Hooters, because for some reason all of us were craving chicken and beer haha. It was perfect. Made it in time for happy hour, where I enjoyed my beers, all for only $8 :) After we were stuffed from all the chicken, B said she was craving some dessert. The first thing that came to mind was BJ's and their pizookies! I haven't had one in awhile and everyone else seemed to want on too, so we headed down the street and got ourselves white chocolate macadamia nut pizookies. Along with our order, since it was Angelo's birthday on Tuesday, B wanted to buy him 4 beer tasters for fun! Me and Jay ordered another beer and enjoyed the rest of the night.
Took pictures and basically enjoyed the rest of the night buzzed hehe. We all planned to do this more often which was such a good idea. Catching up with old friends is always fun, especially when it feels like yesterday you just saw them. Cool, calm, and not awkward at all. Overall, it was a great night. And I'm looking forward to having more of 'em...
